Cancellation of order prior to dispatch

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone (provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change your order in most cases. We do accept returns if not quite right.

Returns Information

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return it to us for a refund  providing they are unused completely unmarked and in a re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items. Please contact us and we will supply a returns label. Should you wish to return any items purchased online, please follow the steps below:

1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receipt.

2. Returns received outside of the timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Delivery is not eligible for refund. Customers will incur a £10 restocking/admin fee.

4. If you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage you paid, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. All items must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. Signed or annotated books can not be returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse items if they are marked or damaged.

6. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.  return postage is at your expense
