Stress creates feelings of hyperactivity, emotionally fragility, from being tearful to short tempered, and anxiety. In contrast burnout leaves you exhausted, feeling overloaded, unappreciated, withdrawn, demotivated and depressed.

Trying to push through will only cause further emotional and physical damage. Now is the time to pause and change direction by learning how you can help yourself overcome stress and burnout and feel healthy and positive again.
