I'll guide you through four live online ski mindset coaching sessions before departure, helping you understand what's holding you back and develop powerful, practical strategies to feel calmer, more confident and in control.

Together, we'll build your own personal toolkit of mindset techniques, ready to put into practice when you reach the slopes.

Expert support, both on and off the slopes

Unlike a traditional ski holiday, you'll have specialist support throughout your retreat. I'll be there alongside Carol Porteous, an experienced international ski instructor and coach who specialises in supporting anxious women.

Together, we'll create a warm, encouraging environment where you can put your new mindset strategies into practice, build trust in your skiing and rediscover that wonderful feeling of freedom on the slopes.

With time to relax, reflect, share experiences and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings, there'll be plenty of opportunity for laughter, connection and creating wonderful memories with women who truly understand how you feel.

And the coaching doesn't stop when you return home!

We'll reconnect for a reflective online coaching session to celebrate your progress, reinforce your learning and help you carry that confidence into future ski adventures.
