I'll guide you through four live online coaching sessions before departure, helping you understand what's holding you back and develop practical strategies to feel calmer, more confident and in control.

Once in resort, you'll put your new mindset tools into practice with three mornings of expert ski instruction in small, supportive groups, organised by Peak Retreats.

With relaxed afternoons, beautiful mountain surroundings, delicious meals and time to unwind in the spa, there's plenty of opportunity for laughter, connection and creating wonderful memories.

And the coaching doesn't stop when you return home!

We'll reconnect for a reflective online session to celebrate your progress, reinforce your learning and help you carry that confidence into future ski adventures.
