What to expect
This is where the magic begins. We start off with a series of 4 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions on line in the 6 weeks leading up to your trip.
These sessions will last between 1 – 1.5 hours and create a safe space for you to explore where your anxiety comes from, what your goal is and how you would like to feel. Throughout these sessions we will develop bespoke strategies to shift your perspective, regain control and achieve your goal.
Following each session you will receive a summary email outlining the session providing a great source document for future referral.
On arrival in resort from Monday to Friday we will have daily group coaching sessions plus personal coaching as required to support you to achieve your goal.
A key part of the course is creating a skiing environment which will enable you to thrive. We will be with Rob Britton, an exceptional instructor with New Generation Ski School who specialises in building confidence on the slopes. This will be a group lesson with fellow skiers on the course from 0900 to 1300 hours daily, Monday to Friday.
On return from The Ski with Confidence Experience we will have a follow up personal online reflective coaching session.

Accomodation Options
There are several accommodation options in Courchevel to suit all budgets. In the past some clients have come with a group of friends whom they have joined in the afternoons/evenings whilst others have come as solo participants.
There are a wealth of alternatives in Courchevel 1650 from fabulous hotels, catered chalets to self catered accommodation.
