My Ski with Confidence Masterclass in beautiful Morzine brings together powerful ski mindset coaching and practical on-snow experience with professional ESI ski instructors.

It's a unique opportunity to explore what's holding you back, discover new ways to manage anxiety and experience the difference when you put those strategies into practice, all in a warm, supportive group of like-minded skiers.

And your confidence journey starts before we meet!

You'll receive personal preparation materials to help you explore your anxieties, identify what you'd love to change and get the most from our time together.

We'll begin with 90 minutes of interactive mindset coaching, uncovering unhelpful thinking patterns and discovering powerful techniques to help you feel calmer, more confident and in control.

Then we take the coaching onto the slopes!

With two hours of skiing alongside an experienced ESI instructor, you'll have the opportunity to put your new mindset strategies into practice, build trust in yourself and rediscover the enjoyment of skiing.

We'll finish together over a relaxed light lunch, reflecting on your experiences, celebrating your progress and creating a positive plan to take your confidence forward.
